  1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:
    • Upon booking our services, a payment is required to secure your reservation.
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for an 80% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer are non-refundable.
  2. Payment Options:
    • We offer two payment options:
      • Option 1: Pay the booking fee now and the transfer cost directly to the driver upon arrival.
      • Option 2: Make a one-time payment covering both the booking and transfer costs.
  3. Discounts and Pricing:
    • Choosing Option 1 provides a discounted transfer cost as a benefit of reducing administrative overhead.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
    • The refunded amount will be 80% of the total booking cost.
  5. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable.
    • No-shows at the agreed-upon pickup point are considered cancellations, and no refund will be issued.
  6. Modification Requests:
    • Changes to your booking, such as alterations to the pickup time or location, are subject to availability and must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled transfer.
  7. Responsibility and Liability:
    • OkPickups.com is committed to providing reliable and professional services. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather-related delays, or other unforeseen events.
  8. Customer Responsibilities:
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the booking process.
    • Any delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer may impact the service and are not the responsibility of OkPickups.com.
